My YogaBody Series is serious business. Shred fat, increase metabolism, tone important ” areas” for summer, increase lean muscle mass…well, like you usually do in my classes…but a little bit of a fusion between barre-like moves, HIIT, cardio challenges and
strength training. Low-intensity modifications are always given.
Opportunities for assessments at beginning and end of the session to determine fat/muscle ratios. And, personalized check-ins with me via old-fashioned phone, lovely coffee dates and/or email/messaging.
