My YogaBody SHRED Series is serious business.  Shred fat, increase metabolism, tone important ” areas” for summer,  increase lean muscle mass…well, like you usually do in my classes…but a little bit of a fusion between barre-like moves, HIIT, cardio challenges and

strength training.  Low-intensity modifications are always given.
