Listed below is the SUMMER group fitness schedule starting May 28, 2018.
I realize it’s sparse in the summer – as I run wild with the kids, sub often and actually teach a lot of pop-up fitness classes outside!

I personal train clients individually, as well as small groups so, please inquire if you need a little more customization and/or motivation!  I don’t show private training times on this schedule.
